The company NBQ sp.z o.o. was established in 2010 solely on the basis of Polish initial capital. From the very beginning, we focused on employing a highly qualified team of specialists who have been providing services at the highest level for over ten years.

We operate in the construction industry in the broadly understood area of project management, construction costs management, investor supervision, design, optimization of documentation and procedures for obtaining administrative permits.
The company’s activity is focused on the implementation and management of projects, both nationwide investments as well as projects at the level of local investments. We supervise investments, financed by private and domestic funds as well as co-financed by the European Union, carried out in accordance with FIDIC contract procedures and in accordance with Polish law.

Thanks to many years of experience and very good cooperation with a team of architects, constructors and industry designers, we also carry out individual multi-sector architectural and construction projects in the housing (development) and office industry. We design in accordance with modern trends in architecture, using proven and practical solutions. At each stage, we analyze and take into account technologies that enable the reduction of construction costs.
The cities where we have opened offices at your disposal are: Szczecin and Warsaw. The area of the company’s operations covers the entire country.
